In the 27 years that Knapen Trailers has been manufacturing moving floor trailers we have implemented countless small and major quality innovations. Take, for example, the Knapen-designed heavy-duty door profiles, the robust and easily replaceable wear plates, the thick side walls and, of course, our unique paintwork process, which provides you with a five-year 100% full paintwork guarantee. All these things help to reduce your life-cycle costs.

All these quality improvements obviously do not just happen by themselves. They happen step by step thanks to Knapen Trailers' unique improvement cycle. Knapen Trailers developed and implemented this cycle itself. Since 1984 this quality cycle has resulted in countless quality improvements.

To summarise, a large number of our trailers are thoroughly checked by our specialists following intensive use in practice. These specialists report the wear points, if there are any, directly to the engineers at the Knapen Trailers plant. Here the design of all the new moving floor trailers is even further improved by our own engineers. The improvements are immediately carried out on all the new vehicles. Then we repeat this for the next trailer. And then for the next… and the next... and the next…

As you can see, this process results in countless improvements the aim of which is to step by step drastically reduce your wear, your downtime and your service costs.
