The service technician's sense fitted as standard
Unique in the market: Knapen Trailers fits every moving-floor trailer with a pressure gauge on the hydraulic system as standard. This pressure gauge serves as a remote sense for a service technician. If a driver phones in the system pressure, the service technician can easily determine the nature of any problem. If our technicians know the system pressure, they know what is going on in the system. Using this pressure gauge the technician can in many cases instruct the driver by phone as to how to remedy any problem, i.e. without the trailer having to go to a workshop. This pressure gauge is fitted as standard and it helps to cut your down time. Our quality policy is that no trailer should ever again leave the plant without this pressure gauge. Cutting your down time and thus your user costs is our highest priority.
